Nope! As part of our monthly service (over the 24 months – with an option to extend at the end of the contract) we do all theme and plugin updates for you. We also offer up to an hour each month to add/change images or content on your site or handle and resolve any technical issues that pop up. We build our sites on an easy to master WordPress theme so when/if you do decide to edit your site yourself, it won’t be difficult for you.

No, we take care of all that for you. You’ll never lose your site. We schedule back ups and make sure your security is super tight!

You can either take the reigns or we would absolutely love to continue to maintain your site and offer the same monthly content changes or additions to your site for an ongoing monthly fee of $149/month.

If you haven’t made your way to the ‘get started’ button you can do so here. We will send through a link to the agreement with the 24 month subscription sign up. Once you have entered your payment details your account will automatically be deducted each month. If you card expires during the 24month period you will be prompted before your next payment to update your new card details. Once the first payment is made we will send out a questionnaire to gather the information we need to make you an amazing website.

Once you have signed up for the website package we will send out a questionnaire to gather all of the important info. You can then select which add-on services will compliment your business growth and save you time. Then we will forward you the payment details (separate payment to the monthly subscription) and make a start on them.

As soon as you make the first payment we will send you out a form to start gathering all of the relevant info to make an amazing website for you. We will get started as soon as you return the questionnaire.

Generally speaking our sites take between 6-8 weeks from payment to launch! Things that might slow the process down a little are delays from your end to respond to the questionnaire and any further correspondence to you that requires a response. No stress from our end, we know you’re busy, just understand this can drag out the time-frame.

Yes you do. The website is yours.

No 24 months hosting is covered by us. 

Well we hope you don’t! But hey, life can throw us some curve balls at times. We have an exit fee that will vary depending on how far through the 24 months you find yourself. It is 60% of the remaining contract.
