Our Process
We've streamlined our process to make it easier for you.
Here's how it all works:
Step 1 - ask for help
You decide you need a professional, attractive and user-friendly website and tech maintenance for your business. Great choice!
Step 2 - pick a plan
Have a look through the ins and out of our website packages and pick one that will work best for you.
We also offer a range of add-ons as well as our websites and monthly maintenance. We also supply stock images, connect your online booking system and email marketing.
Step 3 - sign contracts and pay the first month
We then send you the contract and once the first payment has been made you will receive a questionnaire direct to your inbox so that we can gather all of the information we need from you to bring your vision to life.
If you have chosen additional add-on services such as branding or the full web-copy service - the add-ons should be paid upfront along with the first monthly instalment.
Step 4 -we'll work while you see clients
Now the fun starts!
Our creative juices flow whilst we work on the project behind the scenes and you continue to serve your clients.
Step 5 - receive your first look
After we have built your homepage you will get to review your site to make sure you are happy with the design.
If it’s not love at first sight, we can make the relevant changes, if it is true love, we can continue to build the site.
Step 6 - we'll keep working and you keep seeing clients
Depending on your response times and gathering of information, the site is generally finished in about 6-8 weeks.
This is can vary but this is the average time a website takes to up and running!
Step 7 - the final review
We will build out all additional pages and then once we're done, you get to see it!
You'll go through everything and make sure just perfect. We're happy when you're happy!
Step 8 - launch your site
Then we get to launch your brand new website!
We'll continue to work behind the scenes to ensure your site runs smoothly and stays up to date.
Over the 24-month period, you'll be able to make edits to images and text, if any technical issues arise, we'll sort them out for you.
